Preparatory Course for Admission to Government Schools

Introduction
Drawn by the many advantages offered by the education system in Singapore, international students are entering Singapore's primary and secondary schools in ever larger numbers. Our preparatory courses will help every student bridge the gap between the education system in their countries and Singapore.
The Preparatory Examination
International students who wish to enter primary and secondary schools in Singapore are required to sit and pass centralised entrance examinations conducted by the Ministry of Education. The AEIS examination is usually held in September/October and the S-AEIS examination in February. Students will be admitted by the Ministry of Education to a school when they pass either of the examinations.
Course Structure
These are the courses conducted for the Preparatory Course for Admission to Government Schools:
- Primary English

English
We emphasise English in our preparatory course, both as a subject in itself and as a medium for learning other subjects. The teachers will also help students understand mathematical or scientific concepts which are expressed in English.
Mathematics
The teachers ensure that students are familiar with mathematical terms in English apart from learning mathematical skills. Our teachers will help every student master the skill of answering mathematics questions in English, rather than in his native language.
